Cas, we are so glad that you are ok, there are terrible people in SA, that do things no one would want to happen to any body. Its like my mother always says, we will give them the car and sommer a gift basket as well, so long as no one gets hurt. You can replace anything, but nog the people in your life....

Hope you are ok(mentally), I know truamas like this usually leaves you uncertain and scared for a while....

Good luck with all you have and need to do, and remember you have a lot of friends that will help you through all you need....

Sorry to hear about that... must have been a terrifying experience. I hope that somehow you get justice and your sister did not suffer any serious wounds.

I have a cousin who stays in Pretoria, 2 years ago shortly after his 18th birthday his new car was hijacked but the crimonals beat, bound and gagged him and then threw him in the boot. They drove around the township with him in the boot for over 24 hours before ditching the car. Soon after this incident he was mugged on the street, they beat him up, stripped him down to his underwear and took everything leaving him half naked and bleeding... but the really scary thing is that this happened in front of a busy coffee shop and not a single person came to his aid.

So sorry to hear Cascade. We have experienced two cases like this in Smithfield,, once involving my Grandmother and another old lady. Except no car was stolen and there was no murder just something much worse :(.....
