Forgot the name, I get it from PNA (Douglasdale).
Just a tip incase you try it: After opening that clay and taking a certain
amount out, immediately put it in a bowl with water, because it dries
quickly on the surface and at points/tiny areas.
If it's wet you have more time to adjust the details..

If I look at the clay's color, it looks like these pottery clay that you can buy at toy shops. You can just leave them to dry out after you have modeled your sculpture. Not expensive and think it would be save. Gives me an idea for my tank as I am still contemplating on buying a tarantula. The stuff in the local pet shops as decorations are not that nice. Think it is better to make your own natural scene.

Hey Hendrik, your right, it air dries in 2 days+ but i put it in the oven at a low temp (I suffer from impatience). I recently discovered that this kind of clay is not suitable for moistness, because after a few days in substrate that's not bone-dry it will get soft.
That's why I have now started sealing them with Pratley Glo.

If you are using pottery clay and it has been cured/ baked in the right oven and glazed it should be fine to use in your T's enclosure. I'm sure there will be someone in your local area that gives pottery classes that will be able to help you in getting these very nice hides safe to put inside a T's cage.
