Hey Dean, I house my L.parahybana in a 600L x 300W x 300H enclosure with dry palm peat as substrate and a water bowl to drink from. The problem with wood chippings is, the feeder insects hide under the chippings and the T can not get to them.

just changed my substrate to coco husk as i didnt want to chance getting the wrong peat with to many nutriants in it that may harm her . Ive heard coco husk is just as good the problem is im not sure if she likes it shes just sittig on top of her hide do you think it may be too damp? or just because its new to her? I think shes always been on wood chippings.
