HI Dean, i keep all my L,para on a dry substrate, with a water bowl, it seems to work for them,(i have 6) she will come of off her hide in time, a new enclosure will be a bit of an unknown for her,& time is the answer mate.

thanks danny dried out last night shes happy now roming around on it she also munched a big locust aswell ive been misting her tera every other day with a water bowl aswel keeping humidity around 70 to 80% in your opinion is the misting necesery thanks

Hey Dean, great to see that she has settled down now, the water bowl is a good idea, but if i were you i would stop the misting, 'Ts' REALY dont like it! & if you over flow your water bowl every so often,that will be enough,some keepers do use a damp substrate with this ''sp'' but i have never & had no bad results,realy all you will get from misting is mould & mites!!! so i would say that over flowing your water bowl every week or ten days will be just fine mate.
