The fly, that was caught by the spider shown in the last to photos, was pestering me. So I caught it and wanted to see it the spider would grab from me, that was the end of the fly... :laugh:

Wow i have never seen one of those. I love taking macro photos of crab spiders, never seen onelike that were do you stay?

I'm not sure about their distribution across SA... Will try and find out for you Gringo. :)

I live in Durban, actually Westville, outside the City. I'm quite spoiled with many different spiders and tailless whip scorpions living around the house and in the garden. Also got quite a lot of snakes and birds in the garden, so there is always something to look at. :)
