Nope, is not physically possible to molt so soon.
Couple of things though. Sometimes, and when spiders molt is one of those times, it is better to think of them as plants than as pets or animals.
Feeding 2 days post molt: You can a that size, as you have, and the T might take they feeder, but why risk it? It won't die of hunger, for sure and 2 Days post molt the T is still soft and vulnerable. It needs time to harden first. Rather just make sure it has access to a nice long drink if it feels like it with a small shallow waterbowl. For 4-5cm milk bottle tops work well.
Same with the sluggish you mentioned. The T is using this time to harden up and is, like I said, very vulnerable. Moving about it could damage itself and die, so it doesn't. Don't sweat it.
Assisting the molt. When in doubt, don't. Seriously. Why risk the whole spider if you don't know if it's simply resting during the molt, or if whatever damage there might be this molt will be repaired in the next molt or two without interference from you?
If there is condensation without a rapid change in temperature, like when you open the T room door, then you're either keeping Theraposa spp. or you're keeping your T's too wet.
