Lampropelma sp. Borneo Black
Old World = Potent venom
Arboreal = Somewhat defensive and Lighning fast
there is a host of Brachypelma spp. with nice colouration and mild tempers which would suit you better I think?
There are lots of Bracypelma that have beautiful coloration
Example
Auratum -with it's red flames on it's knees they are quite rare tho
Albopilosum-with its fuzzy appearance
Boehmei-with its beautiful red legs and carapace
Emilia-with its beautiful red painted legs and gorgeous carapace
Smithi-with the red knees
Vagans-a jet black spider with red hairs on the abdomen
My personal favourite at the moment is the P.cambridgei. Perhaps a bit fast but really active and visible spider. Most people prefer the P.irminia for looks though.
Brachypelma spp I'd go for B.emilia, B.klaasi or B.boehmei. My most docile and also one of very few I handle is definately the boehmei. That and the colouring has also made her the favourite among the ladies in the house.
How about an avic? You obviously like them
Sometimes I think my sole purpose in life is to serve as a warning to others
