You won't go wrong with a subfusca lowland , I don't know if its just mines but she absolutely calm ! Even mated her recently and she showed no aggression toward the male , def one of the calmer pokies IMO

I am all for the P subfusca option too. My lowlands are way to small still to tell how they are but my highlands are calm as can be. Just take note that the venom is potent.

The T gigas is very fast but the venom is not potent.

I would suggest getting something that grows fast such as N chromatus or A geniculata.

You will need to get hold of Ceratogyrus. He had an add not to long ago with P subfusca slings for sale... he might still have some. Price was also dirt cheap.
