Looking for some wall mounting cage ideas as they will be moving outside in our entertainment area once they are big enough. Like a cupboard display almost.
It closed but wind dos come thru there when heavy. They will be closed with a glass door or at least that is my idea. Heating pads will be mounted at the back of the cabinet to supply heat.
Sounds fairly risky to me, dunno if anyone else around here has tried their T's outdoors in SA, especially on the Highveld which can get really cold at night sometimes. I personally would be hesitant to try it.
You can take an Aphonopelma to crickets but you can't make it eat!
Only reason we want to do it as it will be something different. To be honest they are really not nice in the house. But if we have a display area outside that would be fantastic. It doesn't get to cold outside here by us. And I'm sure if I supply enough heating they will be fine. More info if possible please.
Ok I don't know where you are which will obviously make a difference as well, I would say then that you must take particular notice of temps and humidity while you attempt it and also keep us updated :drunk:
