It is easy to breed any spider, it is easy to get a spider to drop, it is easy to hatch a sack, it is easy to raise them from eggs with legs, it is easy to do anything regarding spiders, piece of cake. (Not all the time)
But the saying comes into play, never count your chickens before they hatch, you can look at the eggs and say 'well done mommy'
And again, there was no over exaggeration with regards to breeding them in the first place, there was not allot of info on breeding them to start with, as people breed them they learn the tricks and triggers to getting any spider to drop a egg sack and then looking after that sack.
If they were that easy, everybody would have had breed these spiders, if it was that easy we would all have
Megaphobema robustum and all sorts of cool and new species in the hobby, captive breed species.
Some spiders are harder than others, even with experience and Mechanical mom stuff still goes wrong.
AGAIN, never count your chickens before they hatch.
Take a look at
Chromatopelma cyaneopubescens, in the past they were the hardest species to breed and now look at the success rate people have had with them.
Theraphosa species that Hendrik breed out, that was the biggest sack that has been breed out in SA, the most slings that came out and survived.
Success is dictated by the outcome of the attempt.
