Ok, so got sac no.12 for the year last night. :) My H.maculata female that was mated with raven's male dropped a huge sac. They lay fixed sacs like S.calceatum. This one must be around 10cm from top to bottom. Almost the spiders legspan. :)

Will be pulling the S.calceatum sac either tonight or the weekend. :)
Will update on the status of that when I do pull it.
Otherwise the H.maculata sac is still looking great. :)

Then on some POSSIBLE future matings/breedings.
Got a nice L.violaceopes male from someone the other day (Breeding loan) that I will mate with my female who moulted a week or so ago (Around 20cm now). Just waiting for her to start eating a bit first.
Then a bit of a story. :) My P.miranda moulted around October last year. Was unsexed at that stage. Waited 11 months or so for it to moult again which she (Confirmed with the moult) did in September 2010 some time. Recieved an immature male (Which I consider a breeding loan - You know who you are) from a friend the other day which seems to have convinced my female to moult a 2nd time in 2 months (Around 16cm now and absolutely stunning) a few days ago. Followed by the male moulting the following day into a MM. :) So this will be my next big breeding project. :)

Well, had a few minutes spare, so decided to pull the S.cal sac tonight. She was mated with snarf's male.
Its been 21 days, so was hoping that the eggs had already grown into eggs with legs. When i opened the sac they had already moulted from eggs with legs into 1st instars! So pretty good considering its only day 21. :)
Looks like atleast 100+, but will get a final count when they moult again. :)

The S.calceatum's have darkened up, so expecting them to moult the weekend. Should be ready to go next weekend once they have eaten. If I go to the auction next weekend I will be able to deliver if anyone is looking for some.
I will be selling them at R50 each (excluding postage) for anyone interested.
Please don't post on this thread or pm me if you want to buy some. Hardly visit here anymore.
For all sales related questions, please email me on ruanlambrechts@gmail.com
Thanx

Oh, and the H.maculata sac is still looking great. Will be pulling it on Saturday with Raven and a few others, so will let everyone know on Sat.
