I prefer the hook & cup method, you have much more control over the T.

@T-rad, it really works well. I have used it on all transfers since reading the thread Marius linked. One size fits all so dont need different size cups, etc. Never felt comfortable trying to get a cup over the spider, could catch a leg and injure them as well as when you slide a piece of cardboard, etc.

@swifty, could you explain the hook and cup method?

Place the cup in, on or over the enclosure and use the "hook" to gently herd the T into th cup. I use a piece if welding wire as a hook. I folded the ends double so there is no sharp ends. The hook goes through the holes in the cup first.

I put 2 holes in my cup because sometimes you need an angle to get to the T.

For the teleporters I put a piece of cardboard over the enclosure with a hole in it. The cup goes over the hole. So if the T wants to bolt, its still enclosed and cannot escape.

No need for gloves.
My 'cup' is a feta container (300g I think) :silly:
