They are Idiothele in the Harpactirinae sub family but also make a trapdoor and they are not on the tops list so technically they are legal.

Idiothele were previously in Pterinochilus (As were Augacephalus species), so they are covered by the fact that the taxonomical change took place after the laws were written. I would personally not feel like going to court to argue this if you have Idiothele without permits.
The above was taken from someone a lot more clued up on the law than me...

i got a pterinochilus lugardi a few weeks ago.

i gave her enough Substrat and made a Little hole

She took the hole and even made it bigger
lets see if she will build a trapdoor in future
tomorow im going to put some sand in the Terrarium to see if can work whit it
