The only problem I have is what I think is the female is about the same size as the male. So I am really not sure that she is ready for mating. I think I will leave her for a while and see if she malts again, and then take it from there. Or if she doesn't malt soon, try the mating anyway. It is going to be interesting mating such a small species. I hate to think how small the slings are going to be, never mind the eggs. I guess it means that the batch will be small in number for a start.

There are many species of dwarf tarantula, check out the C.Elegans :) gorgeous tiny thing!!!
