Not an A. semmanni. The spinnerets (and probably the belly too) aren't tan to ginger or orange colored like this.

Also, A. semmanni is seldom markedly defensive.
I can't see clearly enough (photo IDing is SOOOOO imprecise!) to tell for sure, but it might be a species of Pamphobeteus, although they're typically not terribly defensive either. Many Pamphobeteus become huge spiders, second only to the Theraphosa and a few of the Lasiodora.

While this one was identified as P. antinous, it's almost surely a different species.

Aphonopelma seemanni
