If you wish to know which species of Ornithoctonus it is for sure then you need to measure leg I and leg IV in mm (from tip of tarsus to the base of the femur). Multiply the length of leg I by 100 then divide by the length of leg IV. If it is between 100-102 then it is andersoni, 99-97 it is costalis and 105 or above it is aureotibialis (which is what it probably is).At 10cm in legspan it will not be Ornithoctonus sp. Koh Samui as it only gets to about 7 or 8cm.

Thanx guys . I think the best for me to do is. The 4th and 6th this T will be at the tarantula.co.za table at the 10th anual S0S expo for every one to have a look and help me out so for now I'll say its not a minax at all
I would not bother stressing the spider out and bringing it with to an expo.
Duke knows what he is talking about, so why not just measure the leg lengths like he suggested and you will have your answer? Pretty sure you will get nothing better than a guess from most people at the expo compared to the info that Duke just gave.

Coolest post I've seen in a while.
Agreed. We need more posts like this.
Just a pity Duke is an administrator because now he can`t be a `tarantula god`.
