That is a mouse spider.

That is the ground spider family.

They don't look the same to me.

Its because you are basing your argument on a single photo on wikipedia? Not exactly the most credible source at times and this just proves it.
There are tons of species of Gnaphosids, so if you want more accurate pics, try google images maybe.
Common names in true spiders are just as much BS as common names in tarantulas. Common names should be deleted and this just proves it once again.

Any other pictures that you would like me to look at and argue with me about?
