That is a mouse spider.

en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gnaphosidae

That is the ground spider family.

They don't look the same to me.

I also think it has to be of the Gnaphosidae family, the reason it does not look like the pics on Wikipedia is because there is "nearly 2,000 described species in over 100 genera, distributed worldwide."
