Well the Discovery version is pretty zef, all the bugs are making tiger sounds and it's as cheap as the okes who made an hour long Doc on how the 10 minute "Kruger Saga" played out.

Seems the trend with discovery is to appeal to 13 year old and greenpeace girls. All the shows are cheap and all the themes are "extreme" or "extreme cute".

Currently they had a few Wild Russia re-runs ,watch them if you have any dignity left :pinch:

If cruelty is defined as causing 'pain and suffering' or prolonging this, then I guess what the guy is doing is cruel.

One T + 1 feeder = quickly over and the T won't eat dog pellets anyways so it is kind of necessary.
One T plus one scorp = prolonged battle. Filming it = exploitation.

To be totally honest, I liked shows like Monster Bug Wars. Call me a sadist :chainsaw: or a Tw@t :tongue: but there is something about two Apex Predators going at it. However these days it seems that Animal Planet and National Geographic focus to much on African animals and british SPCA Departments. Pretty lame.

PS: It should be pretty simple to tell what language it is as the three are actually very different. Chinese has a very distinct sound to it. Japanese is also pretty distinct, look out for any over the top banners or Titles. Also, if any people are mentioned, try and listen if there is something like a:

-kun
-sama
-sensei
-chan

at the end of names.
