I regularly ask my grandma for interesting "facts". They grew up being told you are not allowed to go swimming after eating because your stomach would hurt... wait for it... unless you dip your wrists in cold water in a basin before jumping in.
I love reading pseudo-science BS.

On topic: Yay for gold. Do we have a "brand bal" team (Hand ball... is that REALLY a sport?!?!?!)
