When I got my "emperor" scorpion IDed it was said to be a Opistacanthus sp. There was a whole lot sold under emperor scorpions and plenty people bought them.

I think then that you guys who bought "Emperors" should contact the people/person you bought them from and take it up with them. If they did it intentionally, then name and shame, however, if it was a honest mistake then that's fine. The thing is finding a suitable place to release them
