Can you guys send invites to some of your friends that you might think will join as well? That's what I did, thus more members in the group as well as on the forum

I am on facebook. I am the main member and creator of The spider club of Southern Africa. I manage the group and if there is any new events it will be posted. If I was at a function from the Spider Club some photo's will be posted to share that moment with the Spider Club with everybody. I am a member of the Spider Club and I am part of the committee.

I was editor of the newsletter for quite a while as well ...fun times!

Dr Filmer is still a member of the Spider Club. He recently done a book called Filmer's Spiders an identification guide for Southern Africa. It is a book to have in your collection. Another book is Spiders of the Kalahari. They are both amazing books. Both books is available from stores around, but the Spider Club is also selling them.

The only thing about the Spider club is the outings to find some new spiders and to learn about them. In normal people only see big scary tarantulas. There is a lot about Spiders in general to learn. They are way more interesting things about new world spiders than tarantulas.
