actually, Dr Filmer passed away some years ago. His book has been revised by Norman Larsen. I have the second book from the first edition with a special dedication from "Doc" as I liked to call him. He was like a second father to me ...he had a T and scorpion collection of note! 
...now sitting at Butterfly World in the Cape. I was fortunate to get a couple from him when he was alive though - great man, contributed much to the field of arachnology, along with Astri and John Leroy who, when I last heard, was chairman of the club.
