You just jealous because you don't have these spiders in your collection.

@Cerat:I don't have a problem with you're experiments(it could make for an interesting project),just saying that personally i would prefer to have a pure T to a hybrid and to have vittata/nallamalaiensis/hanumavilasumica/smithi in a pure form would be personally satisfying.

Those are different spiders.
The vittatus that I posted a picture of is lighter coloured and is smaller than my striata female. It also dropped a sac while being kept at 25 degrees instead of the usual 32 degrees that my striata dropped at. Definately a different species.

Lets not even start on the other new spiders that I got.

I have an adult female P.vittatus that I am selling for R2500 if you want it? Not many of them in the country that I know of.

Well yes i would buy it but where does P.Vitatta come from(not the region),i'm not a explorer or scientist or anything like that but i've never heard anything of it.And if it's a sales gimmick like ornata blue ect. then ja what can i say!

It comes from the same area as P.striata, but just in slightly cooler habitats.
Of course it is not a sales gimmick.
I have had a good look at the vittatus that I have and in my expert opinion it is a different species to striata. Definately worth more.
