Thanks guys and girls, this helped a lot.

Might be able to get rid of the unwanted, no good supply of feeders around here, about every second Friday and then you have to be in the store when they arrive, Local pet shop only order 10 buckets with crickets and 3 for the store to feed their pets.

Thanks again. :)

I bought about ten from Tim at Petbugs once but some of them two or three died. I have in fact started an experiment with these roaches. I have four separate containers. One for the Three Nymphs I have left, one with a Jungle Oats substrate, one with Sawdust and one with Newspaper which I mist regularly. This is an experiment to see which type of Container yields the best results. And I keep them all in those small Ice Cream Tubs. I have about a one male and one female in each but in the one which I mist, I have two females and one male. And I feed them the regular stuff. Carrots, dog kibble etc......

I had some hissing roaches. They eat and mess like crazy but then again I did have about a 100 of them. just found them to be messy and was cleaning up more than anything else with these critters. As the saying goes Anything in moderation.
They eat pretty much any fruit and veggies, dog food, fish flakes and anything else you give em

If you don't offer any substrate and place a heat mat underneath their containers, their poo is still a lot but dry and can just pe "poured" out. Quick and easy, you just need to catch the roaches that happened to fall out with the poo :D

Also a piece of advice on all types of roaches: never feed more than what disappears within a day. Any leftovers will attract unwanted bugs and mould....
