From what I have read, Poecilotheria and Psalmopoeus' bites are medically significant, causing pain and muscle spasms. But it's also possible to receive dry bites from these genera and no symptoms will be experienced, except some local pain.

All the old world species has a bit stronger venom than the new world species. Which one is the most potent, im not sure, but from the bite reports ive read Id go with Poekies.

From what I have read, S.calceatum and H.maculata venom is the worst.

I've also read that the Stromatopelma calceatum (feather leg baboon) and Heteroscodra maculata (togo starburst) has some of the most potent venom amongst t's

I agree with Heteroscodra maculata, by reports it sounds to be the worst, although Lividums, Pokies and Psalmopoeus are genus that you dont want to get bitten by. Actually to think of it, dont get bit hahaha

If all is not lost, where is it?
