Damn mosquitos

Get yourselves the First Accent mossi net from Cape union Mart or similar outdoor shop.
It has a cross beam thingy on top so it is big and open above your bed.
Works like a charm and no bugs get in.
Plus turns your bed into one of those pedastal bed things that my wife really likes.

Do not under any circumstances feed hissers to your T's. Their carapace can easily break a fang. The exceptions are adult Theraphosas and Lasiodoras.
Get N. cinerea (Lobster roaches). They're the most versatile. They are climbers though. B. dubia's are also nice but they never move and not all T's eat them. They'll also run out because they do not breed that efficiently.
I bought a N. cinerea colony about 2 years ago and I have 25 odd T's. The colony has long ago paid for itself and hasn't depleted one bit. I do not feed anything else except the very occasional cricket for variety.
