100% its a Sparassidae "Huntsman spider"
As Slasher pointed out the Bell on bottom of abdomen. If you take a front shot of eyes there will be eight of them looking back at you.

I could have told you it was a rain spider with half of the first picture.
Bred these enough to know exactly what they look like.
