Pamphobeteus species confusion

Ok, so Specimen A and B are the supposed to be the same species right?

What happened to the "chicken spider"? Did you buy it as a chicken spider?

They are supposed to be and that is what I was told. I will trace where they were bought from to shed some light.

It was bought as a chicken spider, I am not sure who I sold or gave it to.

The chicken spider debate fascinates me. Some think it is just a variant of P. antinous, while others argue it is a new species. They are supposed to be communal. That would make for a very interesting project.
