What size was that "horned baboon spider"? Looks more like a Barychelidae or something similar to me. Not the right features for a Ceratogyrus imo.

No I dont live there, I was there with a friend on their farm :)

The spider has a 2 cm Ls cerat,well then atleast I thought it was one. The colour was about right and then the patern

At 2cm, Ceratogyrus would have totally different colour, patterns, "hairyness", carapace shape, etc. Most probably one of the other Theraphosids like Barychelidae, Nemisidae, etc.

I have a few Ceratogyrus at that size currently, but dont have a decent camera, so dont take any pics, sorry.
