Spiderkid very briefly a magistrate is a judicial officer that presides over and makes rulings in criminal and all forms of civil matters. We are the lower courts and do not have the powers to challenge legislation. However, we do deal with conservation officials on a constant basis and do advise them on policies etc.
I want to start a seperate debate under an appropriate forum heading regarding legalities and where we stand. If we work together perhaps we can bring about change and uniformity.
