Welcome to the forum. Enjoy. It would be good to have someone involved in the legal industry here, would help with people question regarding tarantula legalities.

We are not allowed to keep T's and we can't change their minds because they are scared of spiders so they won't listen (I am talking about Nature conservation but I am not 100% sure you can help me as I am not 100% sure what a magistrate is.). But if someone in their field of expertise where to talk to them than they might listen. Even if I am not allowed to breed and need a permit for each T I would do it all just to be able to keep a few T's.

@snakekid. This is a topic for a whole nother thread, but have you ever thought that maybe they put the laws in place to protect the local fauna and flora and not just because your grandfather stole "Kort Broek's" grandfather's girlfriend?
