I might be wrong, but I'm pretty sure dianabol is an anabolic steroid ??? Which is kinda a highly controlled substance?

I'm pretty sure dianabol is a steroid and is definitely illegal in competitive sports. It's a class 3 drug. Also it might not be the best thing to take when you have venom in you as venom increases your blood pressure and so does dianabol, not a good mix. This is why I'm studying homoeopathy. Hate drugs like this

You are both correct in it being a steroid. I've never used this type of substance before, but I am pretty sure the person who prescribed it on my request would not have done so without knowing the risk and complications it may pose, hence the low dosage of it. It is an illegal substance to take in sport, but I am not doing anything competitive right now. I am sure it has helped in some way, and I only did take it as a precaution for atrophy.

I have been given a steroid before when I was tagged by a copperhead, it was something different though. Will try and find out what that substance was called, maybe you can look into it a bit more Seeing that you're studying what you are, maybe you can set up a list later on of what drugs to take, and which ones to leave the hell alone

I don't know much about allopathic drugs but you may have been given cortisone to decrees the swelling from the copperhead bite? Although I'm not sure what venom a copperhead has. I'm sure the exercise did help to rid your body of the toxin and I can imagine it's good idea after a few days, otherwise if it's too soon you can increase your heart rate and blood pressure and together with the venom could affect your heart in a negative way, but I could be wrong...

I agree with you on all accounts Ayal. And yes, cortisone was one of the drugs I was given. Its very unhealthy in my opinion, but it really helps a lot in some cases.

Regarding copperheads: Their venom is hemolytic; it destroys the red corpuscles of the blood and releases the hemoglobin into the surrounding fluid. The resultant hemorrhaging destroys the snake's normal prey, mostly small mammals. Copperhead venom is mostly water with enzymatic proteins that impart the maleficent effects. It also causes severe nausea.
