Hi have just want to know my T's are in n room 3mx3m will the heat cable work if I route it behind the T Cages as they are not in a cabinet yet.

Yes it will work.
Might need to run more than one line for the right temps.
Also attach a thermostat for safety and piece of mind.

A heating panel will also work, it will heat the whole roon and take the nip out the air.

Both methods will work fine.

Thanks got a heat panel but the temp stay average of 18 degrees going to get cable any way see if i can raise it a bid any recommendations for thermostat or is it a thermo controller.

But if your room stays at 18 degrees that is fine for winter no need to add more heating to the tanks.
A bit of a cooling down period for your spider will only do them good as long as the temps don't fall lower than 10 degrees your spiders will be fine.


A thermo controller.
It just prevents the heating cable from getting to hot and catching fire.
And it prevents your reptiles from getting burnt. if it gets to hot.

I have not read the entire thread so excuse me if this has been answered,

Blue wire is a 20W cable. Length of 6.6m including the cold leads. As fate would have it i sell them for R40 each
