The blue one is most properly 27 watt then, not sure.
You must not space them to close to each other or the wire get hotter than normal.


Also attached a thermastat to the heating wire, for your safety.

Hi will you discuss heating cables I would like to know as Bloemfontein is getting COLD what is beter heating a room with a wall mounted heater or heating cable and then which is the most economical have 25 T's all sizes.

Hi Guys

the little i know is that I often use the 20watt cable and seems to work fine for me in the cabinets
I cut a groove with a 3mm kerf ( term for blade width) and 4mm deep and 20 mm apart at the back side of the cabinet
This way the tarantula can regulate it 's own body temp if it is to hot it moves away ,gets cold move closer

Have not lost any T 's this way

Do not profess to know much but is working for me so far

I have also opted for putting all my t's that is in the spice containers in a glass enclosure in the cabinet and it works well
