@Cert: They are nice, but I the ones with some decals on are way nicers than the plain colour forms. I have a yellow scooters pizza baloon. She (I hope) is about 30cm now, hope she makes it through the seasonal transition. Lost too many when the air starts getting hotter moving to summer :(

I've also found that the species F. Heliumus also requires a very, very tall enclosure...

If you are not against hybrids, we can try a breeding loan.
I have a lowland (No helium in, so tends to be found at lower altitudes than the highland form) scooters pizza balloon. Its is a slightly darker yellow than yours and I blew it up more than usual, so it is also a bit bigger. I have heard it is a different species though, so we could try breed them if you like? My balloon use to be called a B.baron (Subspecies sandwich), but was changed to B.scooterfusca, but I still believe they are different species anyway. ;)

@cert I'm keen! But I'm not 100% about her sex. Is it true that ones with out stings are female and ones with being male?

Only the males have strings.

Good laugh for the day. :)

If this topic was a train... I think we can safely say it's been derailed... lol. Funny stuff though.

When it comes to Button spiders and Black Widow spiders (I don't know the full difference between them actually) my house is a natural enclosure for them, I always have to clean the underside of chairs and tables of webbing, nesting sites and those spiky egg cases that they make.

In summer, they have a ball with all the crickets running around my place and are always very well fed and fat. So ya, they sort of live with me anyway, I don't need to "keep" any.
