ok, so if every thing works out and the permit system works like it should, will we be able to keep a wider variety of locals?
And if someone has OBT in there passion will they be able to put them onto a permit to legalize them?

Well that will be Nature Conservations call. But for now i think it will be restricted to only "a few" species not more than 3-4. Again nothing confirmed we must await for final document.

Just to keep everyone updated, looks like permits will be on ice possibly for the next 6 months to a year.
Some more work needs to be done before they are happy to sign it off.
