Find out how many times the Tarantula has moulted!If it has moulted more than 10x times in that 2year period,chances are good that it could be a female.

But the best bet would be to have an old exevuvium sexed to be 100% sure,you could try looking at the Telotarsus on the pedipalp's and see whether they are a bit more swollen than the rest of the other legs of the T. on the Telotarsus,but not many people have the experience to do that correctly,although it's a lot more easier doing it on the Acanthoscurria genus than with other Tarantula species,or try ventral sexing.But then again,not many people can do it successfully.
