Thanks for all the help guys/girls.
It is just that it is my first T and as mentioned, I am not used to something that doesn't eat often. Also as mentioned, it seems nice and healthy and moves around. Substrate is damp and humidity I think fine as I mist the sides and lid. Room temp should also be fine as it is in my out building that get alot of sun. Even early in the mornings before I leave for work, I check up on the little sling and it is still nice and warm after a cold night.

It would actually be enough if only one area of the substrate was damp, not all of it. Like this your sling could choose if it wants to sit on dry or moist substrate also a little stone or a piece of bark might help here. This would also be the spot where you would spray occasionally, a bit on the substrate and on the wall. That's more than enough.
Too much dampness will just give you problems with mould.
