Hey guys.
It was great. I enjoyed meeting almost everyone, and seeing some Ts that are very rare.
I walked away with about 30 Ts I won on the auction and another 20 that guys brought me that I have ordered beforehand.
Positive:
- There was actually a great interest in the hobby.
- Lots of people showed up.
- And it was kept professional for what I could see.
Negative:
- Payment was a bit slow.
- I think there was too little representatives at the viewing tables, which could have been the reason for theft.
- Some of the tubs where the slings were in, wasn't labelled or marked what it was.
- The raffle drawing should have taken place right after the auction, while everyone was present.
Solution:
- More representatives at tables to oversee Ts.
- Representatives to give a bit of advice to the newbies in the hobby.
- PLEASE MARK THE TUBS NEXT TIME, what T is in it? (I'm sitting with 7 tubs, no name, don't know what T is in it, because it's the same kind of tubs. I will have to wait it out for the next molting to see what T's it is.)
- Maybe a computer based program, to allocate the T's to it's winning bidder etc. This will make things lot faster and easier. I will even sponsor a printer and a laptop for the day, to make a printout for every winner of his/her winnings.
Other than this, I cant think of anything. It was all in all awesome. Got a few Ts to add to my collection. Cant wait for the next auction!!!
