Schedule 9 does not take away schedule 4, which exempts those not listed.

Yes mate, but Schedule 4 section inverts is; Alien tarantulas and alien scorpions excluding those listed in terms of section 67(1) of the National Environmental Management: Biodiversity Act, 2004. Roaches and other feeders are not mentioned.

Also look where it says part 2 does not apply to alien species in section 4, the referral to unrestricted alien species.

Also look at the insects list, you will not find them listed. So they are not classified restricted or invasive. Nor mentioned as a broad spectrum, unless there's a specific part specified they would find the battle difficult. Since classified as feeders and insects, they must name them on the list.

They are under the broader infraclass invertibrates. They should be listed but are not specifically.
