As my first post stated, there are a few genera not on the list, but that are protected. Whether this will stand up in court is highly debatable but again, that is for someone to try.
Brachionopus and Harpactirella are not real worries for nat con as they are not popular in the pet trade because of their size.
Augacephalus and Idiothele on the other hand are a worry, but from what I understand they are protected as they were originally under the genus Pterinochilus before being revised.

Ah thanks. I had erroneously assumed the TOPS list was the ring that ruled them all.

Just a question for the guys with permits...

Is there an annual audit where someone from nat con come to your residence and validate that what you have reflects on your permit.

Or is it only when someone mouths you out when you are considered a "red light" and they send someone to inspect.
