If there is any changes be it death, additions or breeding you need to reapply for a permit as the old permit is invalid

So in short at any point in time because of the circumstances your spiders can be declared illegal because your permit becomes invalid and you have to reapply again? Do they provide a certain period of time that you are covered?

That is correct. I would assume that as soon as the spider has died you will need to send an application form through to change your permit. At least have proof that you have reapplied.

When you have large collections you can apply for a listing which you update once a month and this then becomes your permit, however should you decide to go this route you need to specify all exotic as well even if they don't require a permit.
Once you have a permit and there is small changes like one dies, as long as you have reapplied with these changes and you have an inspection this will be satisfactory.

Not sure if cascade changed the spelling accidentally on the list, but it should read Harpactira and not Xarpactira. The spelling on my document says Harpactira.

Yes i see i attached the document from website i found now and the spelling is also wrong. Does that not create a black hole as it is an official document

Suppose it does create a bit of a black hole, but suppose the only thing you could do is try keep some Harpactira and possibly take it to court if they try confiscate them? Too much PT for my liking.

I find glaringly omissions on the TOPS list. Brachionopus, Harpactirella etc.
Am I just being an idiot with where what fits in, is this a grey area, or are these simply not protected?
