@Tigerlilo17, I'm assuming you're in Port Elizabeth then, try builders warehouse in Buffelsfontein road or there is a nursery in Main Road Walmer that sells the blocks of palm peat too, they look exactly like the pics Cascade posted.
Its easy to dissolve in warm water but then you must air it out a bit as its very moist. I use a fork which breaks it up nicely.

** Update **

Got a cricket. It's still alive after 4 days.. Is that good?
(The nursery did say the blocks were not treated..)

On a happy note - our giant white knee has literally just finished molting like 5 mins ago! :woohoo: super happy!
