Photos are way less important than leaving it alone for now. You can open the lid of the ICU slightly to see how it's doing, but don't take the lid off for a photo shoot, it needs a LOT of rest and a chance to "stop bleeding". The more it moves, the slower the process is. If you karring to much, it would want to hide. I would even cover the ICU with a cloth to keep it dark, thus reducing further stress.
