Who to sell to??? was created by Ceratogyrus
Quick question to see how everyone feels...
Is it the right of the seller to decide to only sell to some people and turn others away? At his/her discretion?

Your feelings/opinions?

There are two balls in this sac... No pun...

If you are looking for the cash and can't give a crap about the spiders, then flogg them to Tom, Dick and their Auntie !!

If you do actually care for the spider and want it to go to a good home, then turn away Tom and Dick... Specially Dick. I know him well...

That is easier said than done though, Dick can be very persistent at times and make pretty promises, then turn over a quick 100% profit.

For me it is more a case of rather selling to people that I think deserve it (Especially if its a small sac).
Also tend to hold a grudge (Yeah, not a good trait to have), so would rather ignore certain people and sell to people that I feel are more deserving.
But suppose its each to his own.
But do you guys agree its for the seller to decide?

No, the seller can't decide. Alow an Old Poephol to explain.

By putting something "up for sale" is an unconditional act. It only requires a counter act, that of buying. By placing "a price" to something indicates your willingness to part with it, at the given price. If the opposite action lives up to this, it SHOULD be done, no matter who performs the opposite action,

UNLESS

the initial act of selling came with a condition. This is not likely to happen as there are always new ghosts crawling out the woodwork.

A contradiction to my previous post, I know, but this is reality.

Ok, that's the answer I was looking for. :(

Suppose they might just get "sold out" before certain people could buy then. :)

UNLESS

I can make it a condition that you have to have an IQ above a certain level? :eyepoke:
