it is after all YOUR property that you are selling, YOU retain ownership until it is sold. So YOU can do with it whatever the hell you want? And, unless there is some kind of contractual agreement (verbal or written), you may refuse to sell to someone if you don't see them fit to take care of the tarantulas, seeing as it is a living breathing being? I think it is animal cruelty to sell it to someone if you KNOW that person is a flaming imbecile and won't be able to take care of it.

So it all boils down to morals I guess. I'd much rather breach the "seller/buyer" agreement, than exile my T's to abuse & cruelty.
