Yes i placed a heating pad in the fish tank, Then a sheet of glass on top of the heating pad and then the containers on top of the glass, this distributes the HEAT evenly. I noticed that the fishtank also ups the humidity in the Jars, think it might be because there is less wind or drag? I want to fit my humidifier in the tank to make sure humidity stays constant.

You should never put the pads under the spider tanks. Spiders burrow to get away from the heat, so if your spider is getting hot it will borrow closer to the heat source instead of away from it. Rather put the pads on the side of the container. That way its easier for the spider to get away from the heat if it wants.
Tho inside the big tank you do not even need to put the spiders right on the pads since they will warm the entire tank.

Oh and another thing... Glass is an insulator, so putting a pane of glass on top of the heat pads is counter productive. Youre spending a crapload of energy getting that heat through the glass. Like I said, rather stick the pads on the inside of the tank away from the spiders and heat the entire tank than applying direct heat. Get a thermostat and put it on the heatpads to regulate the heat at about 20 ish.

You will also save some energy if you raise your tank off the ground slightly, since you are losing alot of heat into the concrete floor.
Put the tank on small wooden blocks or something similar.

Thank you for the solid advice, will commence project heat pad as soon as I get home,

Things to do :

Place heatpad on side of tank,
raise tank on blocks,
buy thermostat and connect.
