I think that's totally scaly to do something like that! well, one thing for sure now, I'll buy my slings very small in future. something i have noticed though, just for future reference, it looks as it the males grow faster from the start. so if you buy slings go for the smaller ones. they are probably the females. found it time and again now with my t's where i bought more than one sling of the same specie. the smaller ones are females every time. i think they stagger the growth so that there's not a lot of inbreeding because same generation males die before they can breed with the females.
