With the bigger cages..
1x 300x300 4mm glass(bottom)
2x 300x150 4mm glass(lids)
4x 200x195 4mm glass(sides)
To start with the sides
Tape it with masking tape like so...
1x 300x300 4mm glass(bottom)

Put silicon on the bottom part and on one of the sides.. BUT, the ones with out the silicon MUST be flush with the bottom of the cage... With a 4mm gap at the other end with th silicon...
